T\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3 immediata: respiraci\u00f3, relaxaci\u00f3 muscular, atenci\u00f3 plena, visualitzacions.<\/li>\n<li>Estr\u00e9s cr\u00f2nic, la resposta a l&#8217;estr\u00e9s es desencadena de forma cr\u00f2nica i el cos no torna a l&#8217;estat basal de relaxaci\u00f3 abans de que arribi el seg\u00fcent pic d&#8217;estr\u00e9s, es queda en un estat d&#8217;activaci\u00f3 constant. Tenen conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies en la salut f\u00edsica i mental.<\/li>\n<li><i>Burnout<\/i>, la reacci\u00f3 a l&#8217;estr\u00e9s cr\u00f2nic laboral, s&#8217;acompanya de menor identificaci\u00f3 amb el treball, esgotament i sentiments de capacitat professional redu\u00efda. Causes organitzatives del <i>Burnout<\/i>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Desenvolupar la resili\u00e8ncia per prevenir l&#8217;estr\u00e9s cr\u00f2nic i el <i>Burnout<\/i>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Resili\u00e8ncia emocional, cognitiva i f\u00edsica.<\/li>\n<li>La capacitat de resili\u00e8ncia no \u00e9s fija, a l&#8217;igual que entrenar un m\u00fascul, augmentar la resili\u00e8ncia f\u00edsica requereix intencionalitat i temps.<\/li>\n<li>Practicar els 10 h\u00e0bits i conductes que enforteixen la resili\u00e8ncia: nutrici\u00f3, somni, exercici f\u00edsic, atenci\u00f3 plena, aprenentatge i mem\u00f2ria, potenciar la vinculaci\u00f3 i les relacions amb els vostres grups socials.<\/li>\n<li>Les caracter\u00edstiques de les persones resilients: autoconfian\u00e7a, flexibilitat, orientaci\u00f3 a l&#8217;assoliment i perseveran\u00e7a.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e8cniques per mantenir el foc metal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>M\u00f2dul 3: Gesti\u00f3 emocional de los dem\u00e1s<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifiqueu els 3 grups d&#8217;estats emocionals inc\u00f2modes m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents en el treball, a trav\u00e9s de la seva conducta, comunicaci\u00f3 verbal i no verbal. Estrategies d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3 amb cada perfil.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Metodologia per recon\u00e8ixer els canvis en els estats emocionals dels altres.
